Our story begins with Madusha, whose love for floristry blossomed in her childhood. Growing up in a family immersed in floristry, dressmaking, and craftwork, creativity was woven into her everyday life. Inspired by these artistic influences, she dreamt of combining her passions to create something truly unique. Today, as a qualified florist, Madusha feels incredibly blessed to bring her vision to life—crafting bespoke floral designs that reflect her dedication, artistry, and heartfelt joy for the craft. At the heart of her work is a commitment to spreading beauty and delight, one bloom at a time.

Our Approach

At Blossom Street Florists, our passion for flowers starts early – around 5am to be exact – when we arrive at the flower market to hunt out the best stems and foliage we can find. Working with local growers has always been important to us and we’ve been sourcing our blooms from UK suppliers wherever possible for over a half a decade.

Back at our busy studio, surrounded by hanging gardens and a bathtub full of flowers, we begin sketching designs for our installations. We create designs for venues and clients the length and breadth of Midlands– and further afield.

We created something no florist ever takes lightly — a final farewell arrangement for a much-loved brother.

Today we had the honour of creating a beautiful casket arrangement for a truly lovely lady. A final goodbye is never easy, but flowers have a way of speaking the words our hearts struggle to say. Soft, elegant blooms were chosen to reflect her grace, warmth, and the love she shared with everyone who knew her. Our thoughts are with her family and friends as they say their final farewell. May these flowers bring a moment of peace and comfort during this difficult time.

A Beautiful Thoughtful Gift We were delighted to create this special dried flower arrangement for two wonderful dance teachers — a heartfelt gift from a student and their parents.
